Gang HAND SIGNALS in Tampa AND CALIFORNIA

This is from back in 2004. I never read it until I started experiencing this stuff. Today I made an appointment to view the property across from the firestation and I DID inform the owner who I feel sure is part of the problem (LOL) that the firemen were trolling through his yard and doing unsavory activities whenever I passed by. BUT, I'm not in every OTHER car that passes by so ... maybe they are doing this same thing whenever someone wants to view that property??

Anyway, I just got a photo the other day (not the first one) of TPD detective making gang hand signals to a known gang member. Yep. I've seen it before but not documented it except on video. This was just lucky. Like I didn't know yall were gangsters.

It's not like I care but when you come to STEAL FROM ME you should expect to be met with resistance.

This guy in California was experiencing the same stuff three years ago. Maybe four.
