Is this guy a fireman or a cop OR WHAT??

GUy sets car on fire, murders dog and has a record matched pretty generally by the Tampa FIre Dept. firees. PRobably PInellas too from past research and st pete times articles.

I'm wondering because USUALLY the st pete times and pampa tribune are ALL OVER information (useless) about folks ...

so I'm very suspicious that he has some other connection to them besides this event and past errrrr afoulness
