She MUST !! I stand with Sunny 100% in her continued blogging for the rights of sex offenders. The net for sex offenders is cast too wide and hurts too many innocent people.

Remember when someone (probably Marco Rubio or Posey) suggested that DUI"s have to have pink license plates? Warning everyone that they were FORMER DUI's???? Yeah. That got shot down pretty quick, eh?

Why?
Well, one would THINK that it was shot down due to the irreparable harm and embarrassment that it could cause to MORE innocent victims of DUI relatives and friends. OR TWO that it's EXCESSIVE punishment (see above for Sex Offenders and families)

Three, that it's unconstitutional .???

Nah, I don't believe ANY of that. This IS Florida after all ... wiping her ass with the Constitution since Robert E. Lee whistled Dixie ... or whatever.

This is what I believe --- too many restaurant owners, mob guys and gals, politicians and firefighters would have had to trade their plates in. NO SIRREEEE BOB.
That was NOT going to happen.

Same as with Sex Offender laws. They are direct from George in the W House. Yeah his HOUSE unless we GET HIM OUT of there and get our country back.

Any law that singles out any person for ridicule, ostracization or excessive punishment is against the Constitution of the United States of America.

We have this same type law here in Hillsborough County. Where we have exactly 268 registered offenders.

But, pretty soon there will be another group alongside those.

Maybe you'll be in it.

Maybe you'll read something you shouldn't.

Or the FBI will plant some on your computer.

Myself I think it's a wide swath of folks like Jackie Colon, Jack Parker and the other pips, Jim Norman and the rest of the Hillsborough County Commission,(ken Hagan) most of the Tampa City Council and Pam Iorio who pretends she has no clue what is going on in her own city. HMMMMMMM
As for the Rose Ferlita and ... what's his name, the killer bee blair's dust up. what phoney baloney.
